About Bien Nguyen

Hey there! My name is Bien Nguyen (pronounced “B.N. Win”). Welcome to my site. I'm so excited I get to share my passion for real estate with my buyer and seller clients. Known as the "Authentic, Caring, Exceptional" A.C.E. Agent, you won't get a fancy sales pitch from me - just a real caring person whose knowledge and customer service will set you at ease in the home buying or selling process - and get YOU RESULTS!

I chose to go into real estate originally because it provided me the flexibility to be there for my family, and my passion for the role grew as it allowed me to use my diverse background in business, construction, and local government. I previously worked for organizations such as Arconic, Howmet, City of Ann Arbor, City of Decatur, and City of Richmond Hill.

The best praise I ever received was from my sales manager. who said that he stopped getting calls as soon as I took over. My strong project management skills and responsiveness to others took the load off of his shoulders. Helping people and providing exceptional customer service drives everything that I do!

One of my areas of focuses is helping people relocate to the area! I have moved from various states and cities myself (Ann Arbor, Michigan, Lawrenceville, Georgia, Harrisonburg, Virginia) and moved to the Savannah, Georgia area in 2019. I fell in love with the southern charm that is Savannah during one of my son's college campus visits at Savannah College of Art and Design. The beautiful landscaping, history, architecture, and diverse activities for families led my family and I to relocate, so I have experience in helping people transition to the area. I am also licensed in South Carolina and service the Bluffton / Hilton Head, South Carolina area.

Currently a Pooler resident, I enjoy giving back to my community through volunteer work, random acts of kindness, and partnering and supporting local businesses.

I possess a Broker Price Opinion Specialist designation, and I am a preferred agent partner with the Teacher Next Door program. The Teacher Next Door (TND) program provides home buying assistance and grants to people in various professions such as teachers, school system employees, military veterans and active military, medical professionals, law enforcement, fire service, and government employees. It's such a honor to serve those that serve the community through being a TND preferred realtor!

When I am not helping people, I can be found baking yummy desserts (cheesecakes and cakes), visiting local restaurants and coffee shops, making music with my husband (I sing), and spending time with my three boys.

I can't wait to help you reach your home ownership goals! Call, text, or email me anytime!
